Management Trainee (Logistics and Warehouse)

Responsibilities:

 
The management trainee will follow an intensive but varied training program at different departments and sites. This program is characterized by operational training and hands-on assignments in various fields of logistic activities (i.e. packaging, warehousing, logistic, administration). After this introductory period, the management trainee will be assigned a managerial position. Work location and hours may vary due to operational need. The management trainee may be assigned other responsibilities by superiors.




Requirements:

• Male or Female
• Age not over 25 years old
• Bachelor degree or Master degree in any related filed, preferably Engineering
• Hard working and willing to learn
• Having positive attitude and always sees challenges rather than problems
• Hands on and be able to work under pressure
• Good in problem solving and conflict resolution
• Good organizational and interpersonal skill with proactive approach
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good command of written and spoken English
